The goal of the meeting was to find ways to improve customer experiences and power stronger business relationship using technology. This event took place on 16th and 17th of January 2024 at Colossus Hotel, Lagos and was the first of its kind.
A Look into the Future of Insurance
Aderinsola Adegbenro, The Executive Vice-Chairman, called the event an exciting opportunity to speak about the future of Insurance in Nigeria. She shared her perspective on how we can power insurance distribution using technology (Insure Tech), to allow access of Insurance products to the underserved. The meeting focused on using technology to close the gap between underwriters, brokers, and customers to ensure effective and efficient business operations. The conversation was centered around the use of Artificial intelligence in carrying out Insurance operations with focus on claim handling and settlement.
